RS-KMA is a fun and energetic Krav Maga & Self Defense company owned by Rachel Shear, former head Krav Maga instructor in the IDF.
We provides classes at our studio in Ra'anana & Tel Aviv, Israel and workshops, seminars and lectures for companies, schools and organization all throughout Israel and abroad.

Meet our Founder
Rachel Shear
Rachel Shear is Israel’s leading female Krav Maga expert offering lectures, workshops and mini workouts on Krav Maga, Self Defense & Women’s Empowerment in the workplace.
Rachel started training in martial arts when she was six. She is a black belt in Karate and served as the head instructor of Krav Maga instructors in the IDF and the sole woman in the unit.

Rachel completed her BA at IDC in Economics and Business where she was a fellow at the "Argov" Honors Program and on the Martial Arts competitive team. Rachel is fully bilingual in Hebrew and English.
Her passion is to combine her interests in business and women’s empowerment. Rachel and her team work all throughout Israel and abroad by giving workshops, seminars and lectures to companies, organizations, schools and the underprivileged in order to empower all.
